Generally no. It works on the front 4 teeth however some very small changes are possible and if you needed some small changes on the canines you can do that with clear removable braces to finish off the treatment.
Yes it does. It requires good strong teeth at the back to hold it in position so that the teeth can be moved. If you are worried about the strength of your teeth this can be checked by your Dentist to ensure that you have enough bone levels and the gum is healthy.
